2020 Red Dog Naturals

First, Id like to welcome you to my some what amazing food that looks good, seeing I have no cooking skills, unless I'm making dog meals, this has been a amazement to my self. During corvid I had time to cook for me and found great joy in cooking healthy meals and taking care of myself. I also lost a lot of weight doing this. I learned time and sleep is important, that may seem weird to the reader but I spend most of my time outside with the animals, and I eat last. So This page is for fun, I also took a very long course over the winter , on Family Herbology from The Dr. Christopher's school of Herbs, I have enjoyed using some of the stuff I have learned to make my self feel better and have more energy, and also some things that work great on the pets. I am no doctor, or vet and please do not use any of my information as a replacement for a qualified doctor. I do enjoy talking and visiting with like minded people, feel free to call me any time about recipes, herbs, salves or creams. In 2021 I plan on expanding my herb garden, for more comfrey creams and other heathy herbs for both man and beast.
